Why does our HOA even need a management company?
Answer:
Strong management is an essential component designed to support the HOAs Board of Directors with fulfilling their obligations to the Association and its members. Professional management companies like West Broward Community Management. provide the expertise required in all areas of property managment. The HOA is also providing collective knowledge and experience of WBCM's Executive Staff, Certified Managers and Support Personnel including accounting. collections, receivables and administrative staff members

What makes WBCM's Customer Service superior?
Answer:
Phones are answered by a 'live' person during normal business hours. Calls placed before noon on regular buisoess days are returned the same day, or the following morning if left the prior afternoon or evening. Board members and owners are welcome to visit our offices during business hours, and records and documents are available for review anytime. In addition, our staff may be reached by phone or email anytime.

Must homeowners use only the vendors associated with WBCM?
Answer:
No. Homeowners may use their choice of service providers, unless specified otherwise by their HOA. In cases where WBCM provides services and vendors, proposals bids are submitted and carefully reviewed before selecting a provider. All vendors must be fully licensed and insured, with viable references. The Board or designated committee then makes the final decision.
